Extensive Reading Activities for Teaching Language Edited by Julian Bamford and Richard R. Day was published by Cambridge University Press in 2004. It contains more than 100 classroom activities to encourage the use of Extensive Reading in the classroom. There is an excellent website if you want more information on Extensive Reading.
