My English Czech joke book was first published by Horizont in 1993. It sold 15,000 copies and was reprinted in 1996. Sadly, Horizont went bust and I wasn't around to see its republication. On my return to the Czech Republic, I discovered Garamond publishing and the new version (with new jokes) was published at the end of 2007. The book sold out quickly and has already been reprinted.
