Cyprus salads


Cyprus is fortunate to have a climate that allows year-round production of salad without the need for subsidised heating and chemicals. So the salads are tasty and fresh, the tomatoes taste of tomatoes and the feta cheese is wonderful.
		Talk of the devil, a feta cheese salad.
		A lemon and yoghurt-based dressing. Although it looks as though someone has just been sick on it, it was actually a very tasty salad in a restaurant in Limassol.
		As part of the meal combo at the airport, Jeremy had a side salad which included salmon, shrimps, fresh salad and feta cheese. Big enough to be a meal on its own.
